The delivery took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I ended up having to chase it up myself, which was annoying tbh.

The refund process was frustrating. They make it sound like returns are simple and updates will be handled properly, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I sent the item back and then basically heard nothing for ages. I had to chase them more than once, and even when they replied, it was vague and didn’t really answer anything. It felt like nobody was actually checking what was going on. The refund did eventually come through, but it took way longer than they make you expect. If this is how they handle refunds, I wouldn’t be keen to order again...

The item itself was okay, but the box showed up looking a bit crushed, like it had been passed around a few too many times before getting to me. Not the best first impression, but thankfully nothing seemed seriously damaged.

The order showed up much later than I expected. Like I said, I get that delays happen, but this took far too long. Like I said, the wait was frustrating.

I bought a kitchen knife from knivesandtools.co.uk because, i just wanted something that wouldn’t go blunt after a few dinners. I’ve been using it for about a month now — pretty much daily chopping, and the edge is still really good. Delivery was fine, no issues there, and it arrived well packed. Not a huge amount more to say... it just does what it’s supposed to do and keeps its edge nicely. Very happy with it.
